Throw it up!
Your hair will thank you for investing in a good hair tie. Some hair ties are better than others. I recommend spiral or elastic scrunchies.
Fight the frizz
If your hair is anything like mine it gets frizzy after a workout. The Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil helps tame the frizz. This oil is also great for those outdoor workouts! It protects your hair against potential damage caused by UV rays.
To wash or not to wash?
If you're working out and your hair is drenched just wash it! BUTTT there are times when our scalp only gets a little moist/sweaty and a little dry shampoo will do the trick. (Especially helpful when you have to get back to work.)
