Healthy hair is important. When we feel our best we do our best! Here are 5 simple resolutions for healthy hair this new year.
1. Get a haircut every 3-5 months.
Getting rid of split ends before they cause further damage keeps your hair healthy and strong. If you’ve gone a few months without a trim it may be time for a haircut! I explain the difference between these two services in my blog post.

2. Massage your scalp.
Your scalp deserves some TLC, too! Gently massaging your scalp helps stimulate your hair follicles encouraging thicker and healthier hair. 3. Take your vitamins.
